To describe the Agacan as a restaurant is far from the mark. Owner Zeki is a Dundee institution. Besides being a superb cook, Zeki is also a consummate artist, art critic, patron, gallery owner, employer and mean backgammon player.
The Agacan is an art installation. Forever changing, always an experience not to be missed.
